This is the funniest thing I have ever read. Andy Cecere is one of the worst bosses on the entire planet. Compassion haha! No way. He should go jump off a bridge so USB can recover from his aftermath of te---r.

The guy is so disconnected from the reality of real life. He seems so content with assuming his world view is accurate that he completely misses opportunities to build connection with his leadership, engagement, and communication. He is not skilled at adapting and it shows on several levels.

Yep, it is pretty laughable. I don't think he gives 2 rips about any of his employees, but this article makes it sound like he's a great guy.
