Curious if anyone knows what happens if I choose to work hybrid and am told there’s not enough space to work from the site I choose?

The two Dell sites closest to me won't allow fellow employees to work from them.
They are hoping the unreasonable work conditions drive people to leave. The offices are already dirty and crowded. Wait till May.
They said if this happens then they will be in touch with next steps
My concern exactly .... I think it's another way to cull the herd so to speak. There cannot possibly be enough seats given the number of people hired remote and number of offices closed. Facilities I would guess is going to need to abide by fire code regulations and can't have people sitting on the floor! Such a mess
