Anyone have their 2023 STI target shown lower in the 2024 Your Total Rewards payout document than was previously stated in the 2023 Your Total Rewards document?

My target on the 2023 communication sheet and 2024 communication sheet was the same for 2023 STI target, and matches the percentage communicated for my band.
My actual payout was higher than the plan doc said it should be.
Plan doc says individual performance is half and company performance is half, so if you're performing you should have expected 104.5% of your target (100% for performing plus 109% for company averaged out)
My bonus payout was 107% of my 2023 target, which means my individual performance (at performing) was evaluated at 105% instead of 100%.
My 2024 target is higher than 2023's target and matches my math based off my base pay.
Managers will typically give the Leading team member more money and they'll take a little bit from each person the team to give to that one person.. Highway robbery
