I have gotten word that some of my employees are planning a walkout on Monday the 4th because of no merit increase. I have been with the company for over 15 years and I am tired of this. I am not even going to try and stop them. I may join them. I have already been told that 2 of my managers are actively looking for other employment. It upsets me to see corporate spend so much money on events and traveling when that money could have gone into the pockets of the workers that wake up everyday and work hard to keep the company running. Not syaing corporate employees dont work hard. But corporate leadership needs a BIG adjustment. I saw on another post that the recruiting leaders went to vegas on super bowl weekend... who approved that?

I am on the corporate side and I am also looking for new employment. I actually had a friend I was trying to get hired on and apologized to them and told them to look elsewhere. This place is not worth it! I would have rather they took our bonus vs. Taking the pay increase.
