Has anyone found out about any salary increases for this year?

My job is the reward…

At least someone got that part right. My job is the reward.

Of course, I left fiserv a few years back on my own terms and haven’t missed the place. I do wonder of some of my colleagues that remained.

Having left I certainly do feel rewarded.
Bye uncle Frankie!

Post: 'You know who isn't tone deaf? Fiserv's clients' . In the same role as the author. See how core and payment competitors ARE making and exceeding quota at Fiserv and to a lesser extent FIS expense. And yes everyone knows FB does not give a dam.

All employees should learn the lesson that Frank is teaching.

"How do I personally benefit from the situation?" "How do I, as a person, extract the maximum amount of wealth from this company?"

Frank is teaching a master class in how to extract wealth from self inflicted injuries.

You know who isn't tone deaf? Fiserv's clients. Since leaving the big F, I'm now adjacent in a role where I interact with a lot of Fiserv clients. When they find out I am a former employee, I almost always get the same question - "what the fck is going on at that place?". Many I've talked to are bailing off products. Even more want to leave but can't due to contracts, but they sure as he-l aren't renewing when the time comes. The word is out. It's only so long until the wheels are completely off and the company is hemorrhaging money. You can only trim the fat for so long before you start hitting muscle, and Fiserv is well on its way past that even - to the bone. Clients know it.

If you are hanging on, I'd advise you to jump ship before this titanic is at the bottom of the ocean.

I’m Everything about Fiserv is tone deaf. RIF’ing knowledge based workers because they don’t want to relocate as they were hired remote or Fiserv closed their office is tone deaf.

Most of all tone deaf though? Executive leadership being protected in their golden castle, sitting up high on their fat ss salaries, while the entire fcking kingdom burns to the ground around them. Why should they care? 90% of this company’s problems are self inflicted by them.

So, while the post may be insensitive, the vibe checks out.

Corporate secret… they truly would like to skip any increase no matter how small…the corporate push is more productivity! “We’re not laying off like other companies “ (bs)…but do work an hour or more longer each day to increase productivity

This is one of the most tone deaf posts I’ve seen. This is a layoff site for people who are basically being forced out of their jobs and you want to ask about our raises?

I have one month left of employment with Big Orange. There will be no comp increase. They throw pennies around as if they are manhole covers
