Three days is a nice gesture. However, I feel that we would accomplish more and provide better outcomes to Dell's customers by being in the office 5 days a week.

A phone call is a phone call. The person on the other side does not care.
For that matter my team is in 5 different countries around the world. How would sitting in a Cube in Round Rock and having a conference call with the entire team be better than doing that call from Home?
