Apparently the "pound of flesh" line was used in a VP only session in the week leading up to the all hands one on Thursday. It certainly was not "off script". The emperor believes we are feeling compassion for him. Ha!

Have you met the comms chief? He's probably pleased with how everything went.

I completely think he went off-script with this line, and the whole thing for that matter. The man lacks the humility to listen to anyone...

Also the fact that Comms approved this script…

JD is an incompetent a-s that has not built a single thing in life. He is a parasite that joins a successful firm and su-k money out of it. If news of this fiasco gets out stock will take a dive. Hope shoedog is made aware and he can fire his a-s and save the firm before this carnage continues.

Pound of flesh and accountability must mean something different in “millionaire” language, because I’m not following his CEO Math

He has now lost 3 pounds of flesh and gained $148,048,633 in his time with Nike which equates to $49,394,544/lb o' flesh. Pretty good deal if you ask me.
