I would love to work in a small, creative company, with mgmt who are real people using the real, normal language to communicate. Not all companies must be constantly growing giants, and not all companies must serve shareholders and C-suite only. But if they are striving to be such, it’s guaranteed they will become toxic, inhumane, unbearable, and managed by gaslighters of the highest order.
