This is a bit uncomfortable to share but I believe people should be aware of decisions that impact them so I'll personally own the risk.
Yesterday we were exposed to Nike's very keep it tight AI for the first time. Most notably "OpenJD". The AI was launched early because its unclear where JD presently is, although suspicion reigns that he has been in unenthusiastic attendance of a Blazers game since mid January. While his likeness and blasé mannerisms appeared authentic, based on what I've heard there are standing issues training key human concepts like strategy and accountability.
We also saw a bit of a preview of "OpHON Craig" which had difficulty emulating human emotion. There were some clear issues with other supporting models that were not generating brand attire visuals. To the surprise of their teams none of the selected models were able to interface to maintain a comprehensible or consistent agenda.
The session was pulled early due to severe logical deficiencies connecting with employees and the projects were temporarily halted later in the afternoon when post meeting analysis by OpenJD pushed a new strategy "Share 2 Holder" eliminating the entire Nike workforce and replacing with a managed service of entry level Bane & Company consultants.
The expected value of these projects ensures the ELT do not have to perform work functions while retaining benefits and boosting personal PSP to 200% per annum for innovation accolades.
