It’s simple. You don’t have to be super smart. At a company this big you have to be REAL. Thousands just need to be motivated and we’ll take care of the work.
EH and HW and PK were real and cool and cared about the swoosh and we responded to that.
Show your flaws, just be real. It’s not complex. Bring in true people people as top leaders and people that care about sport and competitiveness and creating kick a-s product.
The rest will take care of itself. We can do this for gods sake. It’s not rocket science. It’s shoes and tshirts! C’mon!
