Severance package for last LRs

Anyone willing to share how the package looked like for the latest round? Is it per years of service or just general x num of months, regardless of years of service?

Should be years of service. Continuous years of service is only applicable to how many hours of PTO you can accrue (or bank). You get to carry more hours after 5, 10, or 15 yrs and it resets if you leave and return.

In Workday, if you have a break in service, Workday calculates your years of service from a "Continuous Service Date" where it looks like you've never left, but started later than you really did by moving the service date up by the number of days equal to the length of your service break.

For Example, if you started on Jan 1, 2020 and was terminated on Dec 31, 2020 and rejoined on Jan 1, 2022, your Continuous Service Date would be Jan 1, 2021 and you would have 3 year(s), 3 month(s), and 3 day(s) of service.

"Not sure exactly why you care so much here? One week for years up to 20. Two weeks over 20 years"

One week for each year past 10. 2 weeks for every year after 20.

Not sure exactly why you care so much here? One week for years up to 20. Two weeks over 20 years. Plus PTO. Normal package.
