Nothing more, nothing less. And some tax cuts for offices full of people spending money around hubs as a bonus. How do you perform, how competent you are, how productive you are - none of it matters whatsoever.

Stop voting for politicians who give tax breaks for corporations. They are the ones who broker deals for full buildings = tax break. Let those buildings get turned into housing instead.
Those not required to RTO should be the most nervous. If you aren’t face to face would be concerned.
