Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Milkshake brought all the boys to the yard.

Check out the current SP.

Dell just cleaned HP's clock, stole HPE's Lunch money and drank Lenovo's milkshake, Whilst all the flailing around Dell quietly built an edge to core to cloud megaglobalcorp that works.

Find me another company that has their sht in a sock that good. Nope.

Why the blip? The smart money knows this is more than just AI, there is an evac from the Hyperscalers as AI takes hold and that means infrastructure and comms. AI is just the fluffy dice we use to sell the car. They also know that there is going to be a stupidly large amount of money poured into Edge as AI gets it's mittens on your sweet sweet users.

Drink . your . . milkshake.

What happens when the stock buy backs and layoffs stop?

Revenue is down double digits, decades of top talent were laid off, revenue generating teams and processes were cut for essentially no reason at all, and the sinking ship is being forced afloat by mass layoffs just to make the shiny line go up temporarily. Complete joke of a business right now, but the executives responsible can only fail upward and will receive huge payouts as a reward for being laughably bad at their jobs

Dell AI is so hot it causes the company revenue to shrink 14%. Winning!

If that's the case SuperMicro is stomping on Dell. Unlike Dell, Super Micro revenue is up 100% year over year. Maybe go work there or are you another talking head stuck in a company that's shrinking.

Putting lipstick on a pig doesn't make it any more "beautiful" than empty slots in a server which accommodate AI processors/chipsets make it "innovative".
Dell is getting its lunch eaten by more agile innovative and forward thinking/engineering technology companies. Continually "slapping" the latest labels on current technology to make it more relevant (i.e. APEX/AI) doesn't make it innovative.
Keep your milkshake ... they aren't ever any good on a 100o day in ATX anyway.
