How is the Canadian Arm Wescam doing. Planning to join the company next week and this page scares me. I’ll be a senior engineer

Wescam (pronounced "We Scam") seems to have a niche market in which they are one of the dominant players. No idea what other products they make or what the long term outlook is but for now they seem to be doing well.
Stay away. I'm leaving asap. It is a ces pit now
Quite toxic and nepotistic, a far cry from the old days.
It's fine. This is a website where people go to complain, so you'll typically only see negative feedback.
Smelly, best avoided if you have other options. In steel decline in recent years.
Big projects in the pipeline. Financial targets met.
