Thread regarding TIAA (TIAA-CREF) layoffs

Still no annual report

Why does it take them so long to put out their financial reporting? They say they are an open book, but they keep the book hidden away. It doesn't take this long to report the results after the end of the year. A publicly traded company would have the results out in days, not months.

Still No annual report posted in Financial Reports section of website. Participants should start wondering why. What happened to “We’re an Open Book”??

Expecting timely information from the company that has almost all of one’s retirement money is not too much to expect.

Haha. People responding like everyone gets TIAA intra emails. This is a layoff page.

Good Lord! Apparently, you didn't graduate. If you are keen about this report not on the website, Good Lord, contact HR and let them know you are losing sleep 😴 over this and to post annual report ASAP!

If TIAA has been posting their financials on their public website for people outside the organization to view and TIAA didn’t post the most recent one to their public website then something does feel off.

Maybe in one of the financials there was a disclosure on layoffs or outsourcing that they disclosed/noted on the financials but haven’t announced to people inside the company.

In one of the emails CFO Dowrich sent out, one of the main bullet points talked about enhancing record keeping.

Apparently there are a few TIAA employees who are about as sharp as a bag of wet leather. If your lips are moving as you read this…please consider ditch digging or Uber eats as a better career option.

You are not reading or comprehending. I am telling you that it is not posted on their website where participants can view it. The fact that employees may have received an email about it is of absolutely zero consequence to participants who want the information and have every right to expect it. Try reading more carefully. Good Lord, I hope you didn’t graduate from my institution.

Why is this annual report so interesting to you? They discussed this in an email a few Mondays ago? Is there another report?

Still nothing posted on their website. It shouldn’t take this long and participants deserve a better “open book”..if any TIAA managers read this, tell the finance department to pull their heads out and post the 2023 annual statement

As of yesterday, it was not posted on their website under financial results, so people who are not employees don’t have it.
