Sweeping cuts will grind this company into the ground. And sure as he-l they’re not going to solve any of our problems. They run much deeper. We have a hard time keeping competent people on and improving on who and what we already have. But silly me, it’s not about the company, or employees, just about a get-rich-quick scheme for the top and shareholders.

“Requires new, fresh leadership from the Industry.”
In that case then stick a fork in them. They’re done.
Company went down with people sitting years to retire, keep favoring folks. Their innovation is outliers in the market. Their price and services are also outlier in the market. Requires new, fresh leadership from the Industry.
I think the OP meant stakeholders, not shareholders. I get the drift, though. No one is going to want to work for a place that isn't being up front and transparent with employees or the media. what isn't said is almost as important as what is said when there are job losses. Even when the job losses are long overdue, and in this particular round they were, it would look better if SAS handled them the right way.
An id--t who doesn’t know what they’re speaking of. Ignore this fool.
It's a private company, but it has shares and shareholders.
"Shareholders"????
