Seeing as there is new leadership I’d say there’s 2 years of movement until new things settle

No one knows for sure, and all the messages have been that GT is done, for now. With the language leaving room for more cuts between now and June. There are a few pockets in GT that weren’t impacted… or only lightly. TPM for example, makes sense to hold until the broader structure is announced later. Meaning more restructuring to align to the business. My TPM lead gave this take, and I agree with it. Especially the support staff for TPM; like AL and team.

last time management said "you're not impacted", 3 months later the team found out from different sources that they would be laid off in the upcoming month and the team outsourced.

If your management chain said “no further changes” you’re good. If they haven’t said anything, you and your team is still in play.

Usually there is always a clean up reorg.

It’s all over June, nothing is safe until then. That is the only true answer, I’m sorry for what you are going through

My team has been told we won't be facing any further changes. Whether I trust that is a completely different story, but we have no choice to take it at anything other than face value until proven otherwise.

I know this explicit message was not given to all GT teams.

From everything I've heard, it seems like no one knows
