I remember a different vendor was taking over one of the red badges in the team. He kept pushing the meetings until eventually the phone stopped ringing. The new offer letter never arrived and I think the vendor never changed. Cenzar/zenza/zenzar I can't remember what exactly the name was but from what they said is it sounded sketchy.
Never train your replacement, no matter what.
Best thing is do not join Cisco
Got LR'd on 2/15. One of my in-direct peer try to take advantage and abuse the kindness of human. Lesson learned , not all the people with good will.
Please remember your job now is looking for a new job or arrange your own life after Cisco. No need to response any work related tasks
