A person in my org already indicated that he though his days are numbered. He didn't get laid off last week, but he's remote and said he wasn't moving to a core city (which would be very pricey)
Who tf is going to relocate?? Most people who own have a mortgage <3% — if they move, that’ll more than double. So then we’re left with renters. Of this pool, who trusts WF not to turn around less than 6 months later and lay off anyway?

they know a lot about us and with some accuracy can determine who will and won't accept a relo package. For example, a young single employee with no kids would be more likely to take a relo than an older employee with a family. However, they under estimated their voluntary attrition numbers the last couple years so maybe they dont have any clue what to expect.
The fallen shall not be forgotten. Never forget what they took from us.
Do you know if tech is affected?
So, a bloodbath
Hope so. Bring it on MOFOs
Huge cut ahead
I'm sure they've run the numbers to estimate how many people will uproot themselves and their family to relocate for a company that clearly wants to downsize us all and determined it's an acceptable risk. They know only a small percentage will accept in that environment. A lot of other groups aren't willing to take that risk and don't allow relocation at all. Because your location is supper important and things.

3/19 will be about efficiency and not about location strategy. Location strategy will come later this quarter.
Saul and Jennifer said everyone would be getting relocation package offers. I heard them promise at least 3 times.
Any specific groups or roles or location.?
