Estero is moving everyone from the first and part of the 2nd floor so Hertz can rent out the same space to an outside company…
What a joke
All the jobs will go to India.
Maybe they can find a CEO too..
At this rate, maybe the company will down size and become a Florida only car rental company.
Confirmed. OKC tech/data center being offered up for $16,900,000. Hertz is hoping to offload the property for a quick infusion of cash but want the option to lease back 10-15% of the building's square footage. Will that amount of space house everyone that works there? Will they move atleast some of the positions to Florida? Will some roles WFH permanently? All remains to be seen.
