I got 11% in UK and Remote
our group hasn't heard anything yet. Our boss waits until the last minute, too busy for his people I guess.

I got 5.9% and 107%. Highest I know of in my group.
Lower paid people are more likely to stay. Higher paid people are more likely to be let go.
There are two types of managers at Dell.
- Good managers. They share the statement as soon as they can.
- Bad managers. They wait until the last minute or never to share the statement.
It is painfully obvious this year I work for a bad manager.
Somehow they are a rockstar though. For what… I don’t know.

our manager has not conducted our MBO discussion nor our merit reviews. No wonder he gets awful Tell Dell scores.
Technically it’s a merit raise and not cost of living.
