IBP modifier and raises data

I'm in ISG. My manager said 2 people in the team had to have 90% IBP modifier. Only 60% of ISG got raises this year. Only 2/3 in my team got raises. I think he was lying because I've seen comments stating 4% raises. Is it the same for your team? What have you been told?

I got 11% raise and 125% IBP but have been told I will get 90% IBP next year. I am ok with that.

I received 107% bonus and 2.75% raise.

  1. 4% and the highest raise in our org. Did not get the promised promotion so I'm looking for a promotion outside the company.

I am an I9 in IT and I only got 90% bonus and 2% increase.

what part of ISG are you in? im a manager in ISG for storage and we dont have this requirement.. sounds like the manager you talked to is trying to prep you for no raise or a cr-ppy bonus..

I got 5.9% raise and 107%IBP. Highest paid in my position and 9+ hours from any office. I’m not even a top performer. They always let the highest paid go first and with my non compliance I am almost guaranteed to be let go. Perhaps your manager is trying to save you from being targeted.
