Anyone catch that the groups under the new modernization plan get two days in office and two days at home?
Will that work its way to other groups as well? Or will they keep tracking my badge swipes for three days a week?

As a sh---y manager I can manage optimize hours in the office, nothing else I do has measurable impact, but I can micromanage the he-l out of hours in the office. I also dress sharp and tour the floors to build my network, that's what we do downtown right?

Commute time is not part of your work time, typical time stealer. If you don't want a long commute either move closer or quit.
A lot of downtown Houston people do a long commute including park and ride so that really reduces their time available in the office most days.
Looking at the down vote on any comment on people not working thier contracted hours, would seem to demonstrate how many of these folks are hiding the hours they don't work. Dishonest people
In the group I work in we have 3 people that average less than 2 days a week in the office. During those days they stay at the office less then 5 hr.
I just want to keep my 4 days in the office! It gives me the social interaction we all need. Only narcissists want to stay home! We are one team and we need to be together! Have a great day and let’s all work together, “literally”! Later peeps.
5 days a week you have to be joking...very few of the employees I interact with actually work more than 8hrs/wk never mind 5 days.

Do employees still work 5 days a week? You mention 2 in office / 2 remote.
I wonder how much "external spend" it will cost the company to make a far more distracting & less productive environment for many.
