Who is crown castle’s cobra provider? Anyone with experience in this, I need to reach out to Aetna perhaps? am so confused by this and ER made it very clear I had to handle this on my end after termination. My last day was 3.29.

What is this Carrum mailer I got in the mail…been on the benefits solver COBRA traditional plan since last August…tried to register on Carrum just to see what it’s all about and the response says I am not eligible???
It’s super painful as mentioned above and you have to watch your payments every single month even if you have the payments automatically deducted. I know multiple people, including myself, that had their coverage canceled after NOT missing payments also. You have to really watch them and be prepared to stand up for yourself if they make an error.
I got a letter in the mail about Cobra about a week after my last day.
Mine was a 3rd party, sorry cant remember who, but it was painful. Often not including Crowns portion on the bill. Wanting me to pay the entire amount. Good luck!
