I keep hearing about this startup investment firm founded by ex-WFA execs including Kowach. Not much info out there and its website is pretty bare-bones. I hear they give new hires ownership shares. Anyone know anyone who’s managed to get in or at least heard how things are there?

Looks like they’re most heavily recruiting from Edward Jones: https://www.advisorhub.com/ampersand-partners-continues-to-recruit-brokers-from-wells-fargo-edward-jones/
More EJ than anything, but maybe 4-5 FAs went over there from WFA. EJ probably lost 10-15.
Do they have any advisors working for them yet? Did any advisors leave WFA to join this group? Just asking so don’t bite my head off please.
Hate to say it but if you don't know then you don't know. It's invitation only at this point. Yes, you can get partnership shares, but that's anticipating that they grow to make it worth anything. They are burning through money like crazy because they have hired a lot of expensive headcount. Kowach couldn't run a lemonade stand.
…an investment firm, as noted in the OP?
What kind of business is this?
They seem to know who they want and are doing the reaching out. I know a couple people who’ve gotten the discreet tap on the shoulder. One of them, at least, says she likes it but works long hours.
