As an employee of Ruckus, it's so frustrated to know that no matter how hardworking we are, this company is gonna bankrupt. Ruckus can strive as a standalone entity or ran by a better owner.

Please sell ANS
Commscope is the weight dragging us to the bottom!!
Funny. That’s the acquisition that got us here. PLEASE SELL!
Same for Ans. No group is going to pay over the odds. Also they absolutely don't seem to care about understaffing.has to be worst culture I have ever endured.those who are left are been ran into the ground.
Don’t see this happening anytime soon. CS is being lowballed by other companies.
We didn’t sell Home Networks — we gave it away. Ruckus is certainly more valuable, but the exec geniuses waited too long to sell it. Now we have two problems. First, everyone knows COMM is desperate to sell. And second, Ruckus backlog due to missing parts has been worked thru and now growth will be much weaker going forward. So the chances of getting a good price have gone way down.
All entities at CS are no longer at the top leading edge of the market, many competitors are doing much better in price and quality products than CS. Real market had told that HN, and Ruckus etc would take long time to sell out (or never for Ruckus). Internet tech is reaching to the top, it is in down hill, less demand. With the new home-build market crash, more wireless internet, interest rate, own 10B debt, bad management etc, it is not positive at all, its stock is less than $1. It could be de-listed, then, all will be over!
Remember it took over 2 years to sell HN. I don't know if there were any better offers during that time but they settled for a derisory sum.
Would they learn lessons from this and take the first reasonable offer or dither for years while folk lost confidence in the unit? It would need to be a huge sum to even make a dent in CSs debt
How is the Ruckus business unit doing?
If any of you are still shareholders, don't forget to use the Proxy Vote for the shareholder meeting to be held on 9th May. If you don't vote, they are counted as "FOR"- Don't waste it !!!
If it makes you feel any better the legacy commscope employees are just as sick of commscope as the arris guys are. Company is dead please try to find a new role while you can. It will be a lot easier to find something with a job than to wait until commscope has gone under.
Think all the legacy Arris segments want the same.the culture under commscope is simply depressing.
As another poster said, they won't sell any of the segments on the cheap.
I expect majority of employees would like to be acquired as this marriage hasn't worked since day 1.
A business is only worth what another business is prepared to pay for it. Cisco are the market leaders in the area of where Ruckus are. I don't think they're doing so great for the moment either, so there is huge risk with this business, though Ruckus come up with some good kit.
I think they have been trying to sell Ruckus but are not getting the price they are looking for. Hence, we are not going to sell on the cheap, or words to that effect.
