When will ECR location strategy layoffs supposed to start?

One lead in Billings. Not a team of leads or even a whole team. Just one person. And not even the person that’s not reporting to a specific manager.
ECR is safe because no one knows what 'ECR' even is.
More than half of ECR are in non core locations. It’s going to take years to implement location strategy. Otherwise there will be no one left to do the work.
I wish I knew. I’m just hoping they delay the exit from Denver and Sioux Falls for a while yet. Thankful at least Sioux Falls is on the deferred list, A large number of people between those two sites. Not sure how teams will function without some of those key players.
I am hoping it never happens and they cancel it.
That is one of the great mysteries, like how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll lollipop.
