The presence of useless managers in our organization has proved to be detrimental, as they contribute nothing of value, abuse the system, waste time and money on unnecessary happy hours, ultimately increasing our operating expenses. It is imperative that we address this issue and reevaluate our leadership team to ensure efficiency and productivity within the Sales organization.

Maybe the OP is new here; I can confirm our SEM doesn’t have a strong IT background or interpersonal skills (low IQ/EQ)! He only got hired because he knows people!
Wow, another "management doesn't know what they're doing" top level post. Add it to the list of worthless top level posts saying exactly the same thing, sometimes multiple times per day.
The current managers , Sr. Managers, SE directors - they are all parasites, laggards and spineless politicians- speaking from experience of working in the UKI market. Things were far better pre-2019. Then the new regime took over and all you get these days are psychopaths, gaslighting professionals and jive artists.
“Change is the only constant” - go figure.
