The outcome of a lawsuit is public information - OP is full of you know what.
To the person who posted this below, be careful what you wish for. I am not saying that you are wrong or even a bit less than wrong. I don't know you nor your situation. But please keep in mind, there is no guarantee things will be stable in your personal life or work search once let go. The economy stinks for jobs. You may be silly now with comments, but you might want to be careful about jumping into the deep waters with a smile.
Glad for you and all who have legit been discriminated against and received a payout.
But, WF, please don’t let that slow your pace to displace me!! I’m ready and waiting. And I’ll be transparent - I have no plans to sue you in the next 3-5 weeks. My plans evolve as the business environment does but this is the best info I can provide to you at this point. I’m sure you can appreciate that.
No you didn’t. Stop gaslighting for trolling lulz
My lawyer told me it would be too expensive to fight them. EEOC said I had a legitimate case but did not take it which left me on my own. Su-ks to go against a company with unlimited resources. The WF lies were outrageous. Do not trust HR.

Huh? How are state taxes a Wells issue?
Also got a settlement related to discrimination. These work environments are hostile. Get an employment attorney. At the end of it Wells will still try and sc--w you over in state taxes. Wouldn't be surprised if anyone in my professional network even has a desire to work there.
Not the original poster but I doubt he/she won the lawsuit. Most likely WF settled like they did with me. I clearly was not the lowest performer in my group and just as clearly the oldest and only one cut. WF's defense was they were moving the function to India of all things. My attorney just said to them "How do you think that excuse is going to play in front of a jury?". The meeting adjourned 30 minutes later and two weeks later I got a settlement offer. Took another month but we did settle. Don't be afraid to contact an attorney. That paper you signed saying you wont sue is not valid in most states and WF knows it. You signed it under duress since you had no advance warning of the layoff.
I got you go!
How to prove?
Details please
