Not true it is less. The truth is with no hiring in the US HC10 population will be 30% of all EMTEC
It’s probably not a fixed % for individual groups. I assume if they need to reduce headcount in one portion of EMTEC, they may have a higher PiP target vs another EMTEC group that they wish to not lose folks. Overall, the EMTEC % will be met just not evenly across all groups. Su-ks but it isn’t going to change until we get some major leadership shakeup (unlikely) and even then it may not change for the better.
