Regime installing Gunjan to tank this ship!

Prove me wrong. We are at the end of the rope.

Maybe GK can share some of her $5M salary with those impacted by her actions.

I hope its an era for the better. I'm not aware if any generously paid executives are diminished in any way. What I see are regular jobs being moved overseas, leaving regular LONGTIME dedicated employees - many single/divorced/widowed - now without jobs and worried about their rent, mortgage, insurance.

We’re entering a new era for the better. You cannot tell me that we have competent leadership for those that pine for the Richard Davis days. While Gunjan isn’t Richard Davis, at least she’s not Andy. She’s coming in with a plan and the board’s approval. This company needs an en--a and it needs to flush itself of overpaid underperforming executives. Bye bye overhyping liberal political agendas and hello to generating revenue as it should be. We’re a bank, not the nation’s moral compass.

I’m sure AC thinks he’s doing that but I bet she has already elbowed him out of her way and will start making bold, decisive moves soon. The current regime isn’t ready for her but she’s exactly what is needed.

Don’t even get me started with this so called “help desk”. I can’t understand one word most of them are speaking. How the heck are they supposed to resolve any issues? Took 2 weeks to get someone internal to take over the ticket and it’s still unresolved. Two damn weeks!! We are falling apart.

My first impression with U.S. Bank was dealing with the rude offshore IT person having to reset token. I've worked at other banks and when contacting their IT during onboarding the rep was domestic, knew their stuff, and were kind. Everything at U.S. Bank su-ks.

Andy needed someone to take over the blame for his incompetence...seems like this is going to be his exit strategy going forward while he updates his CV omitting his failing leadership because he's not "technically" the leader anymore.

Hiring offshore isn't going to go well for US Bank. I had a computer issue and the IT person on the phone was offshore, and I couldn't understand a word they were saying, so I just hung up. They will realize the mistake a few years down the line when they are losing customers and try to hire us back.

She's been around for 8 years now, can anyone in Wealth Management & Investment services point to any positive impact that she has made? USB was an industry leader in Corporate Trust before she got here, and then it was handed over to a bunch of people with no industry experience on her watch - but, then product knowledge isn't one of the factors that the McKinsey types look for in managers. She must have made a positive contribution of some sort, so what was it?

It's ACs plan. Tank another year, blame her and then either fire her, or he quits.

It was already tanking. Check the stock price when Andy took over to now.

They are about to jump ship and going to leave Gunjan holding the bag.
