If corporate really is serious about wanting to cut costs, then reducing FS HOO is the way. Time for the front store to have mirror hours with the pharmacy. The first quarter numbers were very bad, so corporate cuts hours to compensate, yet keeps the store open normal hours. It doesn't make any sense, nor is it safe with just a two-person crew. It's time for CVS to bite that bullet and make all stores 9-9, 7 days a week!

The other problem is DL's who conveniently look the other way when your working alone.
I agree with this in 98% of stores especially the front stores where they do not have enough operating payroll to run properly with 2 HOO.
