Wells Fargo - I think of the scenes from classic movie Office Space where the three techies were figuring out a scam to take microscopic amounts of money off thousands of accounts - nano-cents. Too bad Wells Fargo gangsters are more greedy. I did notice for months my account balances would swing wildly - then go back to ""normal"" or what my personal record keeping indicated. Last straw is when someone used my account to pay for food purchases at restaurants 1800 miles from my home. I caught it within half hour after it posted - got the call center in India where some id--t informed it was a good thing I called because they would not have refunded my money in another few hours. WTF????!!! Anyway they finally put the money back in about a week. After that I started doing screenshots three times a day including one at Indian working hours - 3am US time. Slowly but surely we are moving money elsewhere or buying hard assets. WF should stand for WTF is wrong with you?!! Never mind - pretty sure I know - pile up excuses about fraud in cahoots with gummint to get their digital electronic super duper control YOU in place.

this story is very old news, but as with most things as it moves through the courts it picks up steam again in the news.

Looks like the lawyer is just going after the deeper pockets because he knows that insurance company doesn't have any money left
