I hear from many colleagues they are not going to take since it’s just a waste of time and no change in company’s direction. What do you think?

Metals in fab 34 has only one, yes one, single response. They are pushing everyone to do it but nobody cares. Leixlip is crashing and everyone wants out
If your group is small, managers will sometimes review exact comments and try to make improvements. I’m not sure about the whole company.
So depressing going to work everyday. I am hoping for a failing score so I can get layoff pkg and retire. But I am getting paid so well for doing so little and if I hang around longer, my stock account might go to zero. Such dilemma…
I wrote that survey a couple times back 20 years ago. The same topics get rated high and low every year. People love mom and apple pie and hate death and taxes. Very little actually changes because of the survey results.

It is a nice thing to fill out to help for someone get paid but don’t expect your feedbacks will change anything.
For the love of God please fill it out, Someone needs to balance the scales back from all those circuit+ article commentors that would lick the sh-t off the ground if the ELT put it there.
They are paying you to take it so just go through it and give them the failing grades they deserve. Just don't expect anything to change. They will keep hounding you to do it so their completion numbers are high enough.
