It’s not on inside dell. Something must have changed
Former UK employee here - when I was made redundant a while back, the severance package was confidential and I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Things must have changed if the details are now easily available in inside Dell
Go to the inside Dell web portal. Go to the HR page and search for Severance or Leaving Dell. One of the options will be standard severance packages for several countries. UK should be one that is available.
