Love the desperate vote for Darren page within the intranet. Is he getting nervous. Should he be nervous. Let’s all vote against him

I'm pretty sure my manager doesn't even know there's a vote upcoming. He's that disengaged it's embarrassing. Lead by example...
This is what good looks like?
95% approval isn’t too much to worry about.
I think your post was more wishful thinking.
They are getting desperate; our manager gave us the prepared speech on why DWW and the lead non executive director did what’s best for XOM and why we should vote for them. The more they talked, the more I thought vote them out
I hope Darren worries enough to learn what the annual worry about the NSI feels like.
He needs to learn how it feels to do a great job all year but worry about someone in management dropping you for ANY reason unrelated to “Needing Improvement”
He will never know the true worry because he has so many million$ that he can provide for his family without a job.
I fors not matter vote!
Its cute if you think you guys and girls think you can bother Darren. This guy single handedly pushed you down since 2017. There is no fight left
If we don’t vote, you don’t get a say. Yes BlackRock or Vanguard have much more power but our small say may rock the boat
There is exactly a zero percent chance Darren gets demoted from his position due to your vote unless you do the voting for Vanguard or BlackRock.
I voted against him too; she has ruined the long term future for ExxonMobil, annnoyed shareholders, sued partners, ruined morale and turned employees against him. His constant need to win will hurt us. In DWW books; there’s no win-win. Just beat everyone until morale improves.
I voted against their entire agenda too.
I voted against him. Every little bit helps. Probably why they are trying to buy back as much stock as possible. Interesting to see how big of an impact employees voting against him has
Already selected everything the board advises against.
