What the OP really relishes about WFH, is that to him it really means FOFH (F-Off From Home).
Some units already announced an alternative location called Cannon. I would not be surprised if others follow, that being said, I do not know how would we fit entire downtown workforce in that building though.

Once the building is fixed up, expect to come into the office; options are being considered for various spaces. The WFH trolls are getting tiresome.
