Chevron is poaching people from Exxon.
They won’t haunt him, he clearly does not care and believes others just don’t understand his superiority. He has ki-led employee morale, talent pipeline, COVs, shareholders so he must be doing a fantastic job.

Yes, we have contracts with Chevron but you can bet that they will f us the first chance they get. Just wait until there’s a contract extension or renewal or there’s a potential new JV, chevron will pay back for DWW angry man syndrome.
DWW has mostly destroyed the trust and cooperation between EM employee and EM employee.
