Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Has DWW ruined our relationship with Chevron

We are competitors but partners in Kazahkstan and Australia with Chevron. Has Darren’s compete to win anger sc--wed our relationship; wouldn’t it have been good to have Chevron there with us vs against us?

They won’t haunt him, he clearly does not care and believes others just don’t understand his superiority. He has ki-led employee morale, talent pipeline, COVs, shareholders so he must be doing a fantastic job.

Yes, we have contracts with Chevron but you can bet that they will f us the first chance they get. Just wait until there’s a contract extension or renewal or there’s a potential new JV, chevron will pay back for DWW angry man syndrome.

DWW has mostly destroyed the trust and cooperation between EM employee and EM employee.

Deciding how many people Need Significant Improvement prior to any assessment is just a layoff that pits us against each other.

Hunger games.
