Bonuses before pay reviews

As confirmed in todays town hall,

They are reviewing bonuses until July and then reviewing pay for plebs.

Which means if you get a raise, it’ll be in Q2 or start of Q3. Or

Execs over plebs all day, everyday.

FROM 2010 to now - between HPE and DXC no decent pay rises. Nearly a decade and a half! And it ain’t going to change folks…🤷‍♀️

The execs will get their bonuses in Q1, then in Q2 Raul will announce Q1 was bad and defer the pay awards saying they are closely monitoring the business and when they can pay, they will.

This is straight from the corrupt leaders rule book, both Mikes did it, now Raul is on it too.

The board and executives need to forgo any stock options and any special pay until each and every person who met or exceeded their goals in the last 5 years gets a pay increase of over 6%

His stolen it from Salvinos playbook. Get the swag at the top then load the next quarter, put in layoffs, and say its bad.

This guy is so useless and the company is so top heavy is sinking very fast.

The pathethic useless b steward cant even make a pay announcement 3 months after the review peeiod ended.

Everyone has worked out theres no intention to move forward, its business as it was under Salvino.

You'll be getting f all so it doesn't matter which quarter it comes in.

If you imagine after what Raul said in the q4 results means there is money to go around then you are truly deluded.
