Sever folks are waiting to see what changes come at the Regional leaders with Adele, Harry, JG. CX Americas has no innovation and it is time to make a change. Most of the SVP/VPs are coasting and just collecting a healthy paycheck with minimal disruption. MM regime hires need to all go! Liz is the right person to bring in new leaders who are more customer-centric and can drive CX. Q1FY25 will be interesting as rumor of layoffs loom.
