Also, what is the current US 'Market Range' for Band 4 (Sr Advisor)?

There are definitely managers who lurk here and troll. This kind of stuff is exactly why the culture at Cigna has gotten so toxic
@5szp+1sLqHyut You’re not very good at Google either. I searched for LTI benefits and long term incentives came up. This kind of stuff is why Cigna is right to pay people less. They don’t work hard enough and don’t think things through enough and expect everyone else to tell them the answers. Y’all are proving why layoffs are good to thin the herd, and why raises and promotions are for the deserving.
When you Google LTI, the first thing that comes up is “Lost time injury”. The second thing is “Learning tools interoperability”. Maybe this person was just trying to get clarification since there are multiple meanings for the acronym.
However, if you feel someone is being too “lazy” in the question they’re asking, you can simply not respond versus being nasty about it.
@4etd+1sLqHyut Sorry, but I agree with the person calling out asking a question that is easily Googled. I get pinged throughout the day with questions that people can answer themselves, and because I don’t have the time, I rarely answer them unless I get asked a second time. Then I usually ask if they have looked into it themselves. Time is at a premium and it is unfair to expect someone to give up their time because you didn’t bother to look the answer on your own.
““What’s LTI?”
You might as well ask what Google is SMH.”
That was condescending. This post specifically says Band 4. You could easily be talking to someone of a lower band and maybe even someone new to the workforce who is just not familiar with that acronym.
If this is how you speak to your coworkers or God forbid direct reports, I can see why people on this forum complain about how horrible the work environment has become.
"The market range is based on the role, not the band. You can see the range for your role in Workday and what percentile you are at within the range."
Where in Workday can you see this?
I’m a B4 senior manager and this was the first year I did not get LTI since 2019. Was told they reduced the pool significantly this year- all about the executive team and getting more employee UN-friendly.
Band 4 senior advisor here. All I’ve gotten are empty promises, raises that don’t keep up with inflation, and one time bonuses that aren’t even 100% of what they are supposed to be. Same with everyone on our team. This place is 💩
Everyone's experience is different. I've been sr advisor for 4 years and have received LTI twice.
We had LTI back in Medco days but then they were taken away during the Express Scripts reign. The only thing this company gives me now is a hard time. Ridiculous to be forced to jump thru FoW hoops and lectured by a morally bankrupt disingenuous billionaire vampire and his soulless SLT minions. I truly hope that karma is real and that it finds each of them.

Been a Band 4 for 12 years, never received LTI.

Long Term Incentives like stock options.
What’s LTI?
Senior advisor here. No LTI. I’m middle of salary range for my job industry-wide. Got a decent raise 2 years ago, but due to “budget cuts” everyone on my team only got 1.5% increase and 75% of bonus target. I’ve made up for it by doing as little work as humanly possible. If working hard gets me a pay cut (since inflation has been higher than raises, plus I lose money now due to gas and car deprecation in a worthless commute) I will adjust my output accordingly. Happy to be highly productive if I will be properly compensated. This is business and Cigna gets what it pays for.
Market range depends on the role - go on the job site and click on open sr advisor roles and you'll see it. I saw one today (contact center chief of staff) that was sr advisor and had range in the description. Only top employees get LTI
Certainly not - in fact in most departments, it’s quite rare for any high band 4’s to get LTI. In my team, my manager was forced to select only one recipient
