I hated working at IBM. They were the most unfriendly people. They were the worst kind of people - racism, ageism, discrimination, and don't forget s-xism. Consulting group guys would receive na--d images of woman's breasts on their computers from their friends. I witnessed it.

At IBM Canada (Markham office) marketing department, I was verbally as--ulted in a meeting by a BLACK WOMAN who was given an IBM career. She should have gone back to her retail job in dressing mannequins in retail window stores considered merchandising.

"I am visible minority so much for diversity in Canada only benefits a certain group of visible minorities i.e. Indians."
They ARE NOT A MINORITY - they are 1.4 billion.

I experienced racism at IBM Canada in their marketing department more than a decade ago and the bi--hes still work there, got promoted several times, never got laid off. They were awful group of nasty women. The manager (she) enjoyed never going into office to enjoy herself at her cottage and never trained anyone. She's still there. But they love hiring the Indian women and giving them long careers. Thank you IBM Canada for the awful, racist memorable experience that I will cherish forever. I went to another tech company that was the polar opposite of IBM racism. I am visible minority so much for diversity in Canada only benefits a certain group of visible minorities i.e. Indians.

It's appropriate to say that discrimination by race, age and s-x are built into IBM's DNA and it's worldwide practices - denial from senior management is futile given the number of lawsuits that have come to light over the years and which IBM has settled without comment, particularly in sales. The BCGs are nothing but a sick joke for the employees. It's all about the IBM CEO and his fellow senior VP thieves trying to make a buck any way they can, even if it means cooking the books.

Kyndryl is nothing more than a spinoff from IBM, so what would you expect different from it's culture ?

Are we supposed to be surprised? Schroeter is a total racist, and it all trickles down.
