It's all about India. Europe is getting the same push.
Our Town Hall was all about moving all project engineering to Indian engineering offices and moving fabrication for US refineries to Indian fabrication yards. All this so that BTC could oversee the Engineering and Fabrication.

Clown show IS the New Exxon. All divisions are delivering the same performance. The whole ship is now a band of amateurs. DW has done a great job of levelling down in the name of cost control to the lowest common denominator.
