Yes. Engineering will be impacted for sure. It’s across the company.
Here in the US we’re hearing the headcount reduction in Sales and Field will be in the region of 35%. Yip. You read that right, 35%. Major changes on the way at some point soon.
HR have kicked off the FY25 Mid Year Calibration process. It’s the first week in June. Anyone ever have MY calibration start SO early in the year before? (normally Aug/ Sept).
