Employees who volunteer for the VSP will not be rated and the individual portion of their STI will be paid at 100% (prorated by months if not the December off payroll date).
If your Manager or Director is a S O*, they will give you a developing because by that time your are no longer employee and you will not have mid year or yearly face to face review to know your rating. But then Hr will let uknow you got a developing even though you were doing good.
@1pvj+1sRswfcq you are wrong. Your target is considered as part of your yearly estimated income when computing your severance amount.
Example, you have a salary of 100,000 and a target bonus of 10,000. For purposes of severance, your salary is considered 110,000 and your weekly severance is computed using that amount. Your bonus will be 10,000.
When you get your stub there will be 1 line item for STI, 1 for severance.
@uoh You're wrong, STI is being double-counted. (It looked off to me so I asked). It's being counted in the weekly income calculation, then it's also being paid out in full (prorated 75% for those leaving in September).
That’s correct. That’s how the standard program (2 weeks) works as well.
Included in your weekly calculation then paid out in whole, so yes paid out twice.
No, it is not paid twice. It's just included in the calculation of your severance amount.
