Exceptionally well organized RTO

I don’t mind going back to the office. I really don’t. It’s not a big deal for me. I understand it’s a big deal for many people. But if everything else is as badly organized as RTO, we can look forward to being overrun by some baby tech startup with a total of 10 employees. It would be cool if someone made the RTO cost analysis. I know, I know. Never going to happen, cause it may sound the alarm about bad, bad management.

@gjy+1sS9ZyAe. swipe, hang, and exit, no way to a full day when teammates are supported and the job gets done, so taking the risk and play the metric

we have a few people that show up at 10 and leave by 11:30. Just getting their swipes in. You won't see any metrics on that.

They took advantage of the covid to liquidate assets and amenities. when RTO became the thing with the cool kids they asked their employees to return to what's left.

They basically robbed from their own employees then pretended nothing happened.
