Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Choking on negativity and pessimism

I hate working here. I wish I had never accepted a position many years ago.

The environment here has always been horrible, toxic. Even with good intentions, trying to fix it now won't work and isn't working.

The OC just points fingers at employees to distract from what they're doing. They're putting themselves in a position to loot and have been looting the company.

Ahh yes, the old "if you don't like it, you can quit" plan. That's pretty much how we got to the 8 Is Great fiasco, a critical mass of unthinking yes men turds is not how you run a (successful) company. If anyone in HY had a brain, they'd encourage people with dissenting views to speak up...and listen to them.

Some of us put up with it for a pay heck, but dislike the environment. It used to bother me more, but I've adopted a different attitude to get me through it.

Anyway, I'll be laid off soon.

I didn’t know WFC had indentured servants. In my role if I don’t like it I can quit. You might want to talk to a lawyer and see if you can get out of your situation. Best of luck and hopefully you’ll be able to quit soon.

@dba+1sSBajhB that was Jamie Dimon's playbook to becoming a billionaire. Charlie learned at the foot of that evil Demon.

They are spending every penny of profit this company earns on share buybacks so their golden parachutes will be worth more. $5B last quarter alone. This isn't going to end well and our ivory tower clowns in NYC know it full well.
