What a waste of money

Finch and Drumgoole on 9 million between them. What do they produce? You can get a Admin to to produce a few emails and host Town Halls. These 2 are useless, there's No growth or Employees engaged.

Much better people out there who will drive this company forward, not just turn up and take excessive amounts of money for doing nothing.

What do these people do or deliver, can they actually state their achievements?

I guess Mary can't detail all the things she does due to the nature and embarrassment, seems like a lot of money for not much work.

Hey Gang Mary here

I know you are complaining about my over pay but I was brought in by Mike. When Raul took the CMO off me I was unhappy initially, but then I thought to myself I'm getting more bucks for even less work.
Not that I did much on Marketing except it gave me and Mike some enjoyable times, and free airmiles to see England, I love that big shopping mall near the Manchester ground and the F1 circuits executive boxes, we got up to a lot of fun.

Ah well I've had a good run, and all I had to do was please Mike.

Same with Jimbo who has already retired and Chris who knows his punching way above his grade on nearly 4million, he can't believe they are paying him that much.

We have to thank Mike who looked after HIS Accenture people. He especially had a spot for me.

You will hear a bit more from me now, as I have to show something for my 4 million+, otherwise Raul will get someone in at 10% of my pay.

Might put my new Yacht on hold for the time, in case Raul realizes what I actually do.

She's doing another survey next week. That must have taken ages to setup! I can tell you the results already. Pretty much 0 on all toipcs. I don't feel valued, my managers are id--ts, my colleagues don't care. I don't feel proud of working for DXC, and I can't see it getting better until the company is taken over and totally shaken down.

What do they get paid to do?
That’s easy.

Administer and manipulate the books to fuel their bonus. Too many snouts in the trough, non more so than in APJ.
Nepotism at its finest, until the thieves fall out they tolerate each other.

They produce what they are told to produce. HR is to protect the employer from the employees not the other way around. The sooner you understand that the better!

If you have been a professional for more than 6 months you should already know this and if you don’t your either naive or stupid!

Raul has recognized and made some changes. Finch dismissed from Marketing role, Brady gone from US Lead, Hughes dismissed from Security, and now David lining up to replace Drumgoole.

The next phase will be to remove ExA as they are paid over market rates for their remaining job functions, which can be done cheaper and better.

The ExA Team have taken over 300million between them and have delivered very little.

Raul you need to move quicker, better, as Drumgoole said himself the shareholders pay the salary, and at the moment they aren't getting any value for him, smarter folks needed at the top.

What do they actually do? No business wins, strategy is a mess, employee morale rock bottom.

What do they get paid to do?
