Drumgoogle Town Hall Today

Will Drum give a date on the merit award? Or will he ignore the main assets the Folks as usual, Were in June the announcement needs to happen soon before the payroll cut off.

Likely to be Drums last Town Hall as his delivered nothing, wonder who his IBM replacement will be.

All you people are clueless if you think you’re getting anything. New management won’t matter, the board hasn’t changed and that’s beside the fact that DXC was founded merely as a way for the board and execs to bleed the legacy businesses of every cent for their own personal gain. It was never meant to be a winner with growth lol. Buzzword here new stack there it’s all bs. You are all wage slaves and the wage you agreed on was what you got when you started. They don’t care, you are not special, you are replaceable and you cost too much. Work 90 hours a week, they don’t give a flying F. They’ll hire 8 low cost center replacements that are collectively still cheaper than just you. Best thing anyone can do is leave and try to better yourselves at a new company, because DXC does not and will never care about any of you on this board. Again they’ll just replace you with foreign youngins that are naive and cheaper or eventually AI. If you are older, you can whine all you want about how you are too old to find a new job, well that is bs and guess what? the fact that you think that just goes to show why you are still at DXC. If you are younger or mid age, get out as fast as you can. DXC is a place ambition goes to die. DXC is a dead end. Get out, and if you’ve gone year after year without a raise, look in the mirror, you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Then compensate those financially that go above and beyond of what they're supposed to do by contract. What's so difficult to understand here? Leadership is dangling a carrot in front of the workforce to the tune of 'if you above and beyond, then maybe, just maybe, we'll give you a merit increase'. That's just being plain tone deaf and manipulative, potentially taking advantage of people's kindness.

Out of all the exec team Drummer seems to be the most clued in. I’ll take him any day over the other fools. Why are we taking all the IBM guys who couldn’t cut it at IBM? IBM took out the trash and DXC opened the door and let it in.

Chris Drumgoole became CIO of DXC Technology in March 2020. Drumgoole was named COO in August, 2021.

Been in post 4 years plus and not delivered. He has reached his limit, didnt deliver on transforming legacy systems, and hasnt on growth.

If you listen to him or Mary Finch they are so old college Salvino talk, constantly blaming reasons on others why they cant give you a raise but they are happy to take big money for themselves.

Time to be moved on

Looks like the replacement has been found. The guy called David (Sales Exec) is 10 times more clued up than anyone I have heard in 7 years of DXC.

First guy I've heard of talking about of really trying to grow. His only been in DXC for 45 days.

Raul your chance to replace the backward focussed Drumgoole with Dave.

Dave full of confidence was actually running the call. Just wasting money on Drumgoole.

What a prat blaming it on shareholders, we work for them. Why doesn't he take a pay cut.

His just admitted the model has been wrong for a number of years, the model he was center of, what a failure he is. Desperately needs to be to be replaced.
