We were told on a AHC this year that they were “hoping” no more RIFs for 2 years…. We now know once the VSP deadline, the RIFs will shortly come. In the past 13 months we have gone through 3 different RIFs. Yet, everyone all hands call leaders are asked for transparency and time and time again they give a bare minimum answer without any context. Yet, the amount of job postings are up there. I apply. I interview. Now I will have to wait months… I’m so sick of this BS. The leadership teams are NEVER held accountable. I don’t understand with all of our “talent” programs why we continue to keep employees who are underperforming and making no impact to the business, costing us a fortune in salary, then laying off people who are hitting quotas and results. I just don’t get it. WHY ISNT THIS BEING ADDRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

All valid concerns, do yourself a favor and take the VSP, simple.
Truth. Leaders never have consequences. They are never the ones shown the door.
